Screen Printing
Our screen printing department is equipped with both manual and automatic presses - giving us maximum flexibility with order size and a fast turnaround. We produce spot color, full color process, simulated process (for dark shirts).
Embroidery
Our embroidery department is state of the art. Our multi-head computerized machines can handle up to 15 colors Items normally produced include polo shirts; golf shirts, caps; jackets; fleece and denim shirts. We have a large color palette of thread to match most any logo requirements.
Custom Uniforms; Varsity Jackets; Tackle Twill
Applications of twill letters and or numbers are heat applied and sewn onto a garment. Garments typically used are jerseys; sweatshirts and jackets.
Photo/Digital Printing
A type of full color printing which uses digital imaging process that transfers the image directly onto a garment immediately without traditional screen printing equipment. Digital printing is the reproduction of digital images on physical surface that is able to provide very high definition images. There are no screen charges. It is particularly suitable for personalized print and very quick-run color prints. This method of printing has the advantage of low set up costs and no minimum volume run.
